I feel like I’m kicking off the summer right this year. Last weekend I got to hang with some of the extended family in honor of my cousin’s 25th birthday, and this weekend I’m enjoying the Memorial Day holiday relaxing with my parents and niece.

My beta readers are heading into their final week or so with my manuscript now, and I’m eager to hear what they have to say! I’ve gotten a little bit of positive early feedback, so I’m looking forward to really diving into their full reactions.

The end of the month also starts the official countdown to moving day, and my apartment is about half boxes at this point. I know the next couple of weeks are likely to fly by with everything going on, but I am already ready to have this move in my rearview mirror.
