The past couple of weeks have been all about moving! My old apartment is about to be renovated, so my building transferred my lease to an already updated unit, and I am enjoying it. It’s fresh, with finishes that are more my taste than before, and there’s just something nice about a new start. Eliminating the clutter, seeing the furniture in new arrangements, and redecorating just make me feel invigorated as it all comes together, even if the process as a whole can be overwhelming at times. Huge shout-out and thank you to my mom, brother, and sister-in-law for making it easier and faster than I ever could have imagined!

Now that the move is behind me, I’m ready to settle in and find my new normal, but I can’t help feeling that there might still be some changes coming. I’m just ready to get back to some serious writing, and maybe a little reading too!
