The new year is well under way, and I’ve had two great writing weekends to kick it off. This past one was even an unplanned 3-day weekend thanks to a snow day Friday! I’m hoping this kind of progress will continue to be the trend for 2025.

I also managed to get all my Christmas decorations put away and put together my new bookshelf, so my apartment feels back in order after all the holiday festivities.

I haven’t started any new reads yet this year since I’ve been on such a writing roll, but I have a feeling I’ll be pulling something off my TBR stack by the end of this week…I just have to decide which book it will be!

And now it’s time for what may be one of my favorite January traditions…a new season of All Creatures Great and Small on PBS.
