What have I been up to in October?

Well, in the past week I’ve gotten some important adulting done. I got my car winterized, replaced some necessary computer parts, ordered new glasses, and I have everything lined up to go absentee vote tomorrow.

Writing-wise, I got a little outlining practice in. I say practice because it’s related to my current project’s backstory, so no one will ever see it but me. Still, it helps me organize my thoughts as I write, and the more I do it, the easier writing outlines & synopses for my query materials will be down the road.

I also got a chance to read some leftover books from my vacation list, so be looking forward to those reviews in the coming weeks.
