I am officially on vacation! I am very much looking forward to several days of reading, sleeping in (because I stayed up too late reading), writing, and treating myself. I was so pumped to maximize this time to myself that I actually spent the past week deep cleaning my apartment in preparation, so there are no chores hanging over my head making me feel like I should be busier.

I love this feeling!

I’m also looking forward to getting into some notes from one of my beta readers this week. Her first reactions were super encouraging, so I’m excited to get into the details and keep moving my story forward.
