After the hubbub of the holidays, things are finally settling down into a more regular routine. In the last two weeks, I’ve gotten a little writing in, become thoroughly acquainted with Encanto (I definitely recommend), caught up on the MCU with Eternals (it was just okay) now that it’s on Disney+, and generally tried to stay inside at all costs because I have decided that winter is just too cold for me. I think bears might have the better idea about how to handle this season.

This week, my hope is to pin down a trouble-spot in my story’s timeline where the math has been struggling to add up. If I can figure that out, it will clear a path for my backstory expansion and I can finally get into some of the first really meaty writing since my holiday break. I’m looking forward to it!
