So, I was totally prepared to not have time to write two weeks ago in the midst of all my brother’s wedding hoopla. I had the post about the Wed-Libs all set up and ready to upload on time so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. What I wasn’t prepared for was not having enough time to catch up in the week that followed to prepare the next post.

Whoops.

It probably didn’t help that last weekend was also Memorial Day weekend, so I was barbecuing with my parents and then spent the rest of the evening (and the first couple hours of the next day) at a friend’s house, catching up and trying to decide if the pool was warm enough to swim in. It didn’t dawn on me until I woke up on Monday that I’d missed a post day.

But, after all that busyness, I am pleased to report that I was able to get back to writing this week, and managed to get in several pages today, and hopefully I’ll get in a few more before the night’s over!
