This week’s been a quiet one. I’ve been doing lots of research—which, when you’re writing fantasy isn’t so much looking information up as it is thinking long and hard to work out and invent obscure but still accurate world details. I completely understand why J.K. Rowling keeps coming out with Wizarding World content; I can’t even fathom the amount of thought and unused background information that must’ve gone into to creating the level of detail present in the Harry Potter series. How could she not want to try to find a way to share some of that?

With my mind occupied, I tried to find other ways to keep my hands busy throughout the week, which resulted in some decent productivity around the house. Tonight, however, all of that comes to a stop, at least temporarily.

Why you ask?

Because it’s FINALLY Poldark night!!!

That’s right! The final season of Poldark premieres tonight at 9/8c on PBS!
