I can’t believe it’s been almost a month since my last post! This summer is already keeping me busier then I expected. There’s been a lot of time spent on the road to my parents’ and to my brother & sister-in-law’s (my niece’s adorableness requires regular observation), more world-building research, and I managed to catch the first episode of Loki on Disney+ before anyone else in my circle (that never happens).

I have high hopes for this series, and while the pilot only scratched the surface, it’s still a strong start, and I’m excited to see where it goes. Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll have a positive review to write for the full series.

I’m also hopeful the rest of the summer won’t slip away from me quite so fast. I’ve got a couple of books I’d like to read & review, I’d love to finish the world-building overhaul of my story and the associated rewrites, and I’m definitely going to need to see my niece a few hundred more times.
