Another two weeks gone by in a blur! But in spite of how quickly it seemed to pass, I did manage to get a few things done. I finally got my hands on my new bed frame, and I put it together ALL BY MYSELF! And even better news, in the week since, it has not fallen apart beneath me as I sleep, so I must have some technical skills after all. I also managed to go through my closet, so that bit of spring cleaning finally got checked off the list.

Writing-wise, I winnowed down some of the world-building information I mentioned in my last post, so my thinking feels more organized now as I work out how some of these new details fit into or re-shape my story. I also caught up on K.M Weiland’s latest blog series on Archetypal Character Arcs, which was a really interesting read. If you haven’t checked out her website, helpingwritersbecomeauthors.com, you’re missing out. And finally, my friend H.A. Pruitt will be celebrating the cover reveal tomorrow for the second book in her Anelthalien series, so I am looking forward to that!
